Gate System

I am Mahmud Saeed working as SAP PP consultant.
My company is called Certified IT Consultants (CIC).

Working as a SAP provider (sales, training and implementation) Nowadays we have a deal with one of the cement company and they have asked for these gate systems along wit SAP. Actually I need a factory gate integrated with SAP i.e the gate open based on instruction come from SAP. For more details read the example below:

Companies working in cement industries make schedule delivery agreements with customer this agreement is recorded in SAP and we can print a tag or card containing the customer and agreement details and deliver it to customer to use it to receive the cement from the warehouse. So that frequently the customer bring his truck to receive the cement using this tag or card.

This process I would like to automate it as follow:
1- the customer will scan the tag on the gate system
2- the gate system which is integrated with SAP will send the tag details to SAP and check
> if the agreement still valid the gate will open
>if the agreement not valid the gate will not open
